This project aims to rehabilitate the Ahrash Public Park in Tubas Municipality and transform it into a model natural space that meets the needs of the local community, with a strong focus on environmental sustainability, recreation, and cultural engagement. The project responds to the ongoing population growth in Tubas Governorate (approximately 75,000 residents) and Tubas City (approximately 25,000 residents), creating an urgent need for well-designed parks and natural areas that enhance public health and overall quality of life.

Site Information

Location: Near the Turkish Governmental Hospital, Tubas City
Urban Significance: The existing natural site requires rehabilitation to balance the built and natural environment, creating an urban oasis that fosters both recreation and community interaction.
Ownership and Management: Managed by Tubas Municipality in collaboration with local community organizations.

Project Objectives

The Ahrach Park project represents an advanced urban intervention that integrates sustainable environmental design, recreation, and social engagement. It aims to enhance local development, improve quality of life, and strengthen the city’s urban identity in line with Tubas Municipality’s vision for a sustainable and socially interactive city.
